What is COT Report?

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) publishes the Commitments of Traders (COT) data to help the general public understand the current market dynamics of each currency and commodity. This can then be extremely beneficial when trading the market. Majority of the time COT Data reports are from Tuesday and then released Friday. These are updated automatically on our website – so be sure to check in here at FreeWithForex regularly. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) receives the data from the reporting firms on Wednesday morning and then corrects the data for release by Friday afternoon.
